  The devices communicates with the Mobeye Portal.
• LED flashes red/green
  The communication module is searching for a network connection. Wait until the connection is established. If this takes longer than 3 minutes, follow the steps under “2x red” or “3x red”.
• LED flashes 3x green
  The devices has has received a correct SMS command.
• LED flashes 5x red
  The devices has received an incorrect SMS command.
• LED flashes red twice every 3 seconds
  There is no GSM connection. Check the operation of the SIM card in a mobile phone.
  Mobeye SIM? Consult Mobeye.
  Own SIM? Replace the SIM card with a card from another provider; place the module in a different location.
• LED flashes red 3 times every 3 seconds
  There is a SIM card error, the PIN code is blocked or (for your own prepaid SIM) there is no credit.
  Mobeye SIM? Consult Mobeye.
  Own SIM? Check the operation of the SIM card in a mobile phone; remove the PIN code; check credit; replace the SIM card. Perform a complete reset.

• LED is off
  The device is turned off, or the batteries are dead and there is no external power supply.

If a device operates entirely on battery power, without external power, the batteries should last at least a year. This applies even with a daily (test) notification. If mobile network coverage is weak locally, this may be shorter. Just like any mobile phone, the internal communication module will increase power to find a signal. This affects battery usage.
If a device is externally powered and the batteries are only used sporadically as a backup during power outages, they will last much longer, longer than 3 years.
A notification follows when the battery voltage is low. For devices connected to the Mobeye Internet Portal, this is in the form of a “service notification”. If this is missed, the absence of a test notification (“keep alive”) is a second indicator. A device operating standalone (without the portal) sends the low battery notification to the first phone number (TEL1).

Voor een aantal apparaten, zoals de Mobeye PowerGuard (CM2100) en Mobeye CM-Guard (CM2000), is de melding voor het alarmherstel op ingang 1 en ingang 2 niet standaard ingesteld. Dit kan als volgt:

• Bring the unit in programming mode
• Send following SMS text message to the unit: 1111 IN1RESET: SEND
• Send following SMS text message to the unit: 1111 IN2RESET: SEND

When using the Mobeye Internet Portal: the device sends a recovery notification to the Mobeye Internet Portal, which forwards this as the default alarm recovery text to the “alarm” contacts (SMS/email, not via push app or call). To enter a specific text for this, consult Mobeye.

For standalone use: the device sends a recovery notification as an SMS. Change the text for input 1 via 1111 TEXT5:xxx (with xxx your own text), and for input 2 via 1111 TEXT6:xxx. Check the texts via 1111 TEXT? and the action rules via 1111 ARLREPORT?
