CM4410
Mobeye 2G/4G Fire Alarm Communicator
The Mobeye CM4410 fire communication module is compatible with the Ei Electronics Ei600 series. In the event of a fire, the CM4410 will send an alert to designated contacts. This is because a siren alone is often not enough.

To get informed about a
fire over the phone.
Even when you’re elsewhere.
The Mobeye CM4410 is the communication module that forms part of the CM4400 system. When used in conjunction with the Ei Electronics Ei650iC smoke detector, a loud siren sounds in the event of an alarm and the designated contacts are notified via a push notification, voice call, text message or email. It is fully battery-powered.
Combinations for single use
The Mobeye CM4410 fire communication module is suitable as a mounting plate for the “Ei600 series” from Ei Electronics. The detector is compatible with the Ei650C and Ei650iC (and the former models Ei605C, Ei605TYC, Ei603C and Ei603TYC).
Interconnection with other smoke alarms
Mobeye offers signal relay modules for various smoke detectors. The wired output signal from the smoke detector is crucial in this context. For a potential-free contact, or an RF relay module (such as the Ei413RF or the Ei428RF), choose the Mobeye CM4100. For requirements involving 230 V DC-powered smoke detectors, we recommend the Ei Electronics 3000 series. See this document.
Alarm messages
In the event of a fire alarm, the on-site siren sounds a loud warning. In addition, the designated contacts receive a notification via app (iOS/Android), a phone call (voice message), a text message and/or an email. For push notifications, you can choose between an escalation plan or a group message. The group message is sent to everyone at the same time. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push notification, meaning the other contact persons will no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients acknowledge the push notification, a call will still be made. The number of contact persons is unlimited.
Battery-powered vs. mains-powered
The Mobeye alarm detector operates autonomously on batteries and can therefore be used anywhere. The CM4410 runs for over a year on 2x CR123 batteries.
To power the communication module with an external power supply, the AC-FA-EPEU external power supply module is required. This accessory fits inside the device and comes with a mains adapter.
Network and SIM card
The Mobeye SIM card, which can be activated online, provides the device with full functionality, including access to the Mobeye Portal and the app. The Mobeye Portal provides an overview of the status, supports online programming and monitors the regular test signal (keep-alive). With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place via the 4G network (and 2G). The SIM card offers a choice of multiple providers per country and can be used internationally. Various internal fallback mechanisms ensure reliable communication.
If you insert your own SIM card, the features of the Mobeye Portal and Mobeye App will no longer be available. Alarm notifications will then be sent via text message and/or phone call to a maximum of 5 phone numbers. Please note that not all mobile network operators support the call function, a number of additional security features will no longer be available, and Mobeye will be unable to offer the full range of support options.
Forwarding to a private alarm centre
The Mobeye CM4410 can forward fire and test alerts to a private control room (ARC) for professional follow-up. Read here for more info.
