Mobeye GM-Guard

The Mobeye CM-Guard TwinLog (CML4055) is a voltage monitor, ideal for use as a batteryguard. In an alarm situation, it sends notifications via push message, call, SMS or e-mail. It also logs the analog values and sends them to an online portal for visualisation as a graph, gauge or table.

Measurement of analog values

The inputs are suitable for measuring analog values between 0V and 48V, with peaks up to 64V. The alarm limits are adjustable in decimal precision.
The interval for logging the values and transfer to the portal are adjustable.

Alarm messages

In an emergency, the Mobeye CML4055 sends alerts via app (iOS/Android), phone call (voice message), text message and/or email. The message also includes the current readings. For push notifications, you can choose between an escalation plan or a group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push notification, meaning the other contacts will no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients acknowledge the push notification, a call will still be made. The number of contacts is unlimited.

External voltage vs battery powered

The Mobeye CML4055 can run on its internal batteries for a long time which makes it independent of an external power source. If an external power source is available, it is recommended to connect it. The availabiltity of the power supply is then monitored. it will also send power failure alarms. If there is outage, a notification follows. The batteries take over and the CML4055 will continue to monitor and send alarm messages. Once the power restores a notification will be sent. The batteries are included in the standard product. A country-specific mains adapter is available as accessory.

Alarm inputs, piezo siren and open collector output

The Mobeye CML4055 has two inputs. Both are suitable for analog measurement (AN) or for a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contact. In the event of an alarm an audible alarm indication can sound by the internal piezo siren. In addition to this an (open collector) output is available to switch an external device.

Network and SIM card

The Mobeye SIM card provides the device with full functionality, including access to the Mobeye Portal and the app. With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place via the 4G network, with 2G as a fallback. It therefore supports the logging function. The voltage curve and status are displayed in the portal.
If you insert your own SIM card, the logging function and other portal functions will no longer be available. Alarm notifications will then be sent via text message and/or call to a maximum of 5 telephone numbers.
