*CM4 series: The fee for the Mobeye Portal and the SIM card is intended as a flat fee. This includes portal usage, communication between the device and the portal, push notifications (for the CM4 series) and emails. If a push notification is not acknowledged, or as an alternative to the app, text messages and calls from the portal are possible. 80 call/text credits are included for this purpose per year.
*CM2 series: The fee for the Mobeye Portal and the SIM card is a flat rate. This includes portal usage, communication between the device and the portal, (fair use) calls and emails. A credit system applies to SMS notifications. Twenty call/SMS credits are included annually for this purpose.

Extra credits can be purchased online for around 12 cents each.
No SIM card included?
The Mobeye SIM card is included in the delivery and can be activated online via the Mobeye Portal. If the SIM card is missing, you can request a replacement free of charge by providing the device model and your address details.
