Mobeye ThermoGuard-TwinLog
The Mobeye ThermoGuard is a reliable temperature monitor. In the event of an alarm, it sends notifications via push notifications, phone calls, text messages or email. It also logs temperature readings and sends them to the online portal for display as graphs, charts and tables.

Monitors if the temperature
is below or above the limits.
A comprehensive and user-friendly temperature monitor with alarm and logging functions. For reliable monitoring of the ambient temperature. By taking prompt action in the event of deviations, you can prevent temperature-related damage.
Measuring and recording the temperature
The temperature sensor is digital and extremely accurate. The minimum and/or maximum temperature limit can be set between -35 °C and +95 °C. The sensor is factory calibrated and indicates the value with one decimal place. One sensor is included as standard. A second sensor is available as an accessory. The interval for logging the readings and the transfer to the portal can be adjusted.
Alarm messages
In the event of an alarm, the Mobeye ThermoGuard sends alerts via the app (iOS/Android), a phone call (voice message), a text message and/or email. The message also includes the current temperature. For push notifications, you can choose between an escalation plan or a group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push notification, meaning the other contacts will no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients acknowledge the push notification, a call will still be made. The number of contacts is unlimited.
External voltage vs battery powered
The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog can operate on batteries for extended periods and is therefore independent of an external power source. If an external power supply is available, it is advisable to connect it. The power supply is then monitored in real time. Should the power fail, an alert is triggered. The alarm unit will continue to operate for an extended period on its internal batteries. A signal is also sent when the power supply is restored. The mains adapter is available as an accessory.
Alarm inputs, piezo siren and open collector output
In addition to the temperature sensor, the Mobeye ThermoGuard (CML4255) has two NO/NC inputs for connecting alarm contacts and sensors. This also allows the status of a device or external sensor to be monitored, such as an air conditioning unit or a door contact. In the event of an alarm, the internal piezo siren can sound as an alarm indication. The CML4255 has an (open collector) output for switching an external device.
Network and SIM card
The Mobeye SIM card, which can be activated online, provides the device with full functionality, including access to the Mobeye Portal and the app. It also enables the logging function. Temperature trends and status are displayed in the portal. The Mobeye Portal supports online programming and monitors the regular test signal (keep-alive). With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place via the 4G network (and 2G). The SIM card offers a choice of several providers in each country and can be used internationally. Various internal fallback mechanisms ensure reliable communication.
If you insert your own SIM card, the features of the Mobeye Portal and Mobeye App will no longer be available. Alarm notifications will then be sent via text message and/or phone call to a maximum of 5 phone numbers. Please note that not all mobile network operators support the call function, a number of additional security features will no longer be available, and Mobeye will be unable to offer the full range of support options.
