MCK400

The Mobeye Call-Key offers user-friendly and secure access control for buildings with a single entrance door, gate or barrier, as well as for situations where access rights change frequently. A simple phone call is all it takes to unlock the door.

When an authorised phone number calls the Mobeye Call-Key, the relay activates and opens the connected door, gate or barrier. The caller incurs no charges.
Granting access rights is straightforward. In the secure and user-friendly portal, the administrator assigns the rights, either indefinitely or for specific time slots (period, day, time). The Mobeye Call-Key automatically retrieves these rights and stores them locally. The portal allows you to see afterwards who opened the door and when.
No internet connection is required on-site; communication takes place via the internal 4G module and the Mobeye SIM card. The Call-Key works with all electronic locks and strike plates that respond to a pulse or switching command.

Relay outputs

The Mobeye Call-Key has two relay outputs for opening a lock. These are bistable relays capable of switching a maximum of 30V/1A. Output 1 switches following an incoming call or SMS command. Output 2 switches only following an SMS command.
The relay switches back after a hold time, or following a new command.

Automatic opening during opening hours

An additional option is to keep a gate or door open automatically during opening hours. By setting schedules in the Mobeye Call-Key, it opens and closes the lock at the specified times.

Burglar alarm via the potential-free alarm inputs

The Mobeye Call-Key has two NO/NC inputs for connecting an alarm contact. By attaching a magnetic contact and setting a delay time, the Call-Key also functions as a burglar alarm. If the door or gate is opened without a call first being made from an authorised number, the designated contacts will receive an alarm notification via app, phone call, text message or email.

Power supply

The Mobeye Call-Key comes with a mains power adapter. Alternatively, a regulated 12–24V DC power supply can be connected directly.
Optionally, two CR123 batteries can be inserted; the Mobeye Call-Key will then send an alarm message in the event of a power failure.

SIM/portal service

The Mobeye Call-Key comes with the Mobeye SIM card and works with the Mobeye Portal. Communication takes place via 4G, with 2G as a fallback.
For businesses with their own access control software, an API is available for updating authorisations.
In exceptional circumstances, it is possible to use your own SIM card, but this is not the preferred option. Please ask for further details and the terms and conditions.

Version for outdoor use

The Mobeye Call-Key has an indoor housing. The Mobeye MCK400X is the version with an outdoor housing (IP66).
