Mobeye CombiGuard

The Mobeye CombiGuard monitors the surroundings using sensors and connectivity options. Designed to minimise risks. In the event of an alarm, the owner receives notifications via a push notification, phone call, text message or email.

The Mobeye CombiGuard alerts you to problems relating to temperature, water level, battery voltage, potential-free sensors and the power supply. It has an output for controlling a device. It runs on batteries or an external power supply.

This product is nicknamed “ShipGuard”.

Temperature sensor

The temperature sensor is digital and extremely accurate. The minimum and/or maximum temperature limit is adjustable between -35 °C and +70 °C. The sensor is factory calibrated and indicates the value wiht one decimal place.

Leakage sensor

The leak sensor detects water-based liquids. As soon as the two pins detect water, an alarm is triggered.
If you need to monitor a water level rather than a leak, connect the AC-WS-FS1 water float to one of the inputs and select either the CM4200+ float or the CM4300FS.

Low battery voltage

The two inputs are configurable for analogue measurement of voltages between 0 and 48 volts, with peaks of up to 60 volts. This makes the CM4600 ideal for monitoring battery voltage. If a battery is discharged too deeply, it may become defective. By setting an alarm threshold, action can be taken in good time. In addition, the battery can be automatically switched off via the (open collector) output.

AN/NO/NC alarm inputs

If (one of) the two inputs is not required for measuring the (analog) battery voltage, it can be used as a potential-free (NO/NC) input; for the connection of alarm contacts such as a magnetic contact, water float sensor or fault signal.

(Shore) power monitoring

Voor het bewaken van de (wal) stroom wordt de bijgeleverde netstroomadapter aangesloten, of een 12-24V DC spanningsbron. Als deze wegvalt, volgt een melding. De interne batterijen zorgen ervoor dat de alarmmelder nog langdurig doorwerkt. De CombiGuard blijft de sensoren bewaken en zal nog steeds alarmmeldingen doorgeven. Bij het herstellen van de stroomvoorziening volgt ook een seintje. Mocht er geen externe spanningsbron voorhanden zijn, werkt de Mobeye CombiGuard langdurig op de batterijen: ruim een jaar.

Alarm messages

Alert notifications are sent via app (iOS/Android), phone call (voice message), text message and/or email. For push notifications, you can choose between an escalation plan or a group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push notification, meaning the other contacts will no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients acknowledge the push notification, a call will still be made. The number of contacts is unlimited.

Network and SIM card

The Mobeye SIM card, which can be activated online, provides the device with full functionality, including access to the Mobeye Portal and the app. The Mobeye Portal provides online status updates, supports online programming and monitors regular test signals (keep-alive). With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place via the 4G network (and 2G). The SIM card offers a choice of multiple providers per country and can be used internationally. Various internal fallback mechanisms ensure reliable communication.
If you insert your own SIM card, the features of the Mobeye Portal and Mobeye App will no longer be available. Alarm notifications will then be sent via text message and/or phone call to a maximum of 5 phone numbers. Please note that not all mobile network operators support the call function, a number of additional security features will no longer be available, and Mobeye will be unable to offer the full range of support options.
