The Android version was updated some time ago. If you have automatic updates enabled, the app on your iPhone will update automatically. If you prefer to update manually, you can do so via the App Store.
The Mobeye app ensures that alerts are sent to your contacts, accompanied by a clear audible signal. With various options such as escalation schedules and direct access to the Mobeye Portal, this adds an extra link in your device’s security chain.
The new iPhone version 5.0.3 includes the following changes and improvements:

The volume and vibration settings follow those of the iPhone.

Improved sounds for alarm messages and service messages. Here is an overview by operating system:

At Android phones

The volume and vibration settings are adjusted in the app.

The phone settings for sound volume, ‘Mute’ and ‘Do Not Disturb’ have no effect on the sounds; regardless of the phone settings, the alarm signals will follow the sounds as set in the Mobeye app.

The alarm tune cannot be changed; it is set by the app.

At iPhones

The volume and vibration settings are adjusted in the phone settings.

The phone settings for ‘Volume off’ and the ‘Do Not Disturb’ function do not affect the alarm sounds; regardless of these phone settings, the alarm sounds will always play. Service notifications, however, are silenced.

If the ‘Mute’ function is enabled in the phone settings, the alarm and service signals will NOT sound.

The vibration function can be adjusted via “Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Haptics” / “Settings → Sounds Haptics → Haptic feedback”. Select “Always play / Play in silent mode” to ensure the phone vibrates when receiving alert messages, whether in normal mode or in ‘Mute’ or ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode. With these settings, the phone will also vibrate for service messages in ‘Mute’ mode, but not for service messages whilst ‘Do Not Disturb’ is active.

The alarm tune cannot be changed; it is set by the app.

</details>

Support with the Mobeye Messages App General information about the Mobeye Messages App can be found on the Mobeye Portal support page.
