In an unsafe situation or if there is a need of care, prompt assistance may be necessary. The Mobeye Panic button is a simple and effective alarm messenger. After someone presses the button it alerts the preset contacts, by call, SMS and/or e-mail.
The Mobeye CM2500 sends alarm notifications by telephone call (max. 5 numbers), text message and / or e-mail. The recipient can “acknowledge” a call, causing the device to stop calling the other numbers. The content of the text messages can be customised. Depending on your situation, you can set whether the unit calls first and then sends the text messages, or vice versa. The GSM alarm module is able to work battery operated and can therefore be used anywhere. In a battery-powered unit, the GSM module starts up after pressing the panic button. This can take around 20-30 seconds. To speed up the alarm notification, connect the unit to external voltage. The GSM communication module is then always connected to the network and sends the alarm messages instantly after pressing.
The Mobeye Panic Button (CM2500) has – in addition to its own panic button – two potential-free inputs, for the connection of external alarm buttons or alarm contacts.
