The Mobeye App is part of the infrastructure of Telecontrol Services. Telecontrol Services is a trademark of Mobeye B.V.
Within this App, Telecontrol Services processes personal and traffic data in the fulfilling of its services. Telecontrol services handles this information with care and ensures that processing of data complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of privacy, in particular the general data protection regulation (GDPR). In this privacy statement, Telecontrol Services describes its policy regarding the protection of personal data.

Use of personal data

Personal data will only be used for purposes as described below. The data are not used for any other purpose nor shared with third parties.

Personal Data

Telecontrol services processes personal data (such as phone number) for the following purposes:
1. Linking the Mobeye App to a specific account in the Mobeye Internet Portal to show the data of your Mobeye devices;
2. To be able to send alarm messages to the phone where the App is installed.

Non personal data

Telecontrol Services processes non personal data (such as alarm messages, and the possible confirmation of these messages) for the following purposes:
1. Making it technically possible to provide services, including sending device-related (alarm) messages and remote control of a device;
2. For the purpose of displaying information within the App.

Traffic data

Telecontrol Services processes your traffic data (such as number and type of messages) for the following purposes:
1. For the optimization of the infrastructure;
2. For the processing of your requests for information relating to your own connection.

How long does Telecontrol Services store your data?
1. Personal and Non-personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary for realizing the purposes for which the data are processed.
2. Historical reports of messages to the Mobeye App installed on mobile phone of the users are kept for 1 year. Within this period, only the message and the telephone number will be saved, without a reference to the name;
3. Log data regarding the remote control of devices are kept for 1 year.

Right to inspect, correct and delete your personal data

As a customer you have the right to inspect your personal data. This means that you can request which personal data is registered and for which purposes that data is used. To do this, you must send a letter with a request for access, with your name, address, username and a copy of a valid proof of identity, to: Telecontrol Services, Poeldonkweg 5, 5216JX ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
If desired, you can submit a request for correction and / or removal via a letter to Telecontrol Services. We will review your application against the legal requirements and adjust or delete your data if this is not in conflict with the legal retention periods.
