Update the Mobeye Message App

UPDATE TO 4.03: Since September 7, 2024, a new Android version of the Mobeye Message App is available in the Play Store. Depending on your phone settings, the update is installed automatically, or you do this manually.
IMPORTANT: Open the app once after the update. Only after opening once the push messages will sound again.

  • Go to Google PlayStore and search for the app using the search term Mobeye (or Mobeye Messages)
  • Select Update (if it says “Open”, the update has already been performed)
  • IMPORTANT: select Open after performing the update. You can also open it via the Mobeye app icon on your phone’s home screen.
  • To check whether the version number is the latest, click on the icon at the top left (settings) in the app. The version number is at the bottom. The latest version is 4.0. 3 (21).
  • If a registration code is requested, see “if the Mobeye App asks for a 5-digit code”.

2. If the Mobeye App asks for a 5-digit code

  • Choose ‘send code’ on the pop-up screen.
